Yaanaun Kami is a deity in the world of Utawarerumono. In the religions of the Onkamiyamukai this deity is the forest God representing the medicine and food that come from the forests. A prayer is usually given while entering the forests for a bountiful harvest and a thanks to Yaanaun Kami. It's servent according to legend is Mutikappa who eats whoever ruins with it's forest.
